Are you ready to take the lead in creating a safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained environment for students and staff? We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Premises Manager to join de Stafford Secondary School.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the management of our buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with GLF Schools’ policies and statutory obligations. From supervising contractors and managing maintenance schedules to promoting health and safety and driving improvements across the site, you’ll play a key part in shaping a positive and secure learning environment for our school community.

As Premises Manager at de Stafford Secondary School, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. You’ll take ownership of compliance, health and safety, and maintenance planning, while leading a dedicated site team and working closely with contractors and senior leaders. de Stafford is an 11‑16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016.
The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group.
The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

Salary : GLF Senior Specialist - £34,429 - £47,091 (dependent on experience)
Hours : 52 Weeks per year – 36hrs per week (Mon / Tue / Thu / Fri : 8 : 00 – 15 : 30 & Weds : 7 : 30 – 16 : 00)
