A community primary school in the United Kingdom is seeking a committed Premises Manager. This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring the site is safe and well-maintained, overseeing Health & Safety compliance, and managing the upkeep of the school facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to facilities management, with a supportive staff and extensive CPD opportunities offered.
We are seeking a committed and motivated professional to join a thriving community primary school as Premises Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:00am to 3:00pm on Fridays.
Reporting to the Headteacher and Business Manager, the Premises Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and well‑maintained for children, staff, and visitors.
Contract: 52 paid weeks per year (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Start date: To be confirmed, January
