Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Estimating, QS, or Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of AC, ventilation, and heating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise for key clients during all preconstruction activity.
• Lead client meetings to clarify project requirements.
• Support tender preparation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Translate mechanical services concepts into client-friendly communication.
• Track and manage multiple opportunities.
• Identify upsell or service differentiation opportunities.
• Maintain CRM systems for updates on client interactions.
• Build understanding of design and build offerings.
