Are you a Student Midwife qualifying in 2025/2026?

If you answered 'yes' to any of the above, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for Band 5 Midwives to come and join our fantastic Maternity teams at ESNEFT.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Only students with ESNEFT placement to apply.

We are recruiting for both Ipswich and Colchester Hospital. You may be offered a job at the site you did not train in.

Practical interview will be 7th & 8th January, second stage 14th & 15th January 2026

You will work across all areas on maternity rotating through antenatal settings, postnatal/antenatal ward, delivery suite/birthing unit, triage/DAU and community.

You will be responsible for co‑ordinating, planning, organising and directing activities to ensure optimum care is achieved and continued learning is created and maintained.
