Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Work closely with account managers to qualify opportunities and develop Cisco-based solutions.
  • Prepare and present solution proposals, bills of materials (BoMs), and design documentation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

Customer Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and map them to Cisco offerings.
  • Explain complex technologies in a simple, business-oriented manner.
  • Assist in preparing technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Solution Design

  • Design solutions leveraging Cisco networking, wireless, collaboration, and security technologies.
  • Ensure proposed designs meet performance, budget, and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cisco and internal specialists for solution validation when required.

Enablement & Development

  • Maintain current Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) and stay updated on emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support sales and technical enablement sessions for colleagues.
Qualifications

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions, or technical consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco’s networking (routing, switching, wireless) and security solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco tools (e.g., CCW, Meraki dashboard).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cisco certifications: CCNA required, CCNP preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
