Summary

As a Practice Pharmacist with NHS Jobs in Paignton, you will play a pivotal role in patient care and safety. Your responsibilities include:

    • Work collaboratively on local priorities and assist in medication reviews and care plans.
  5. Innovative Practices:
    • Develop ideas for the practice’s long-term benefit, including research.
    • Support and ensure formulary adherence.
  6. Financial Monitoring:
    • Carry out monthly audits, providing feedback to partners.
    • Monitor and control year-to-date growth of prescribing spend.
