Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs.
• Develop and review individualized care plans for patients.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.

Skills

Competence in immunisations and vaccinations (adult and childhood)

Good IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records

Ability to manage Chronic Disease Management (CDM) clinics

Cervical cytology training

Wound care and dressings experience

Education

Registered Nurse (NMC registration)

Evidence of current NMC revalidation
