Overview

Practice Nurse - Hastings Hub

Express new ideas, take initiative and save lives. IC24 is a not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to our patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening, and risk assessment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery and future development of the overall service, supporting the Practice aims and objectives and the Practice business plan.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, screening and health education to patients, working independently and with the team of nurses and GPs.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Contribute to safe and effective delivery and future development of the overall service and support the Practice aims and business plan.
Qualifications
  • Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening, and risk assessment.
  • Registered with the NMC and compliant with the NMC Code of Conduct.
Location & Hours

Location: Hastings Hub

Hours Available: Part time – 16 hours per week
