As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to our patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to patients.
  • Work independently and alongside a team of nurses and GPs to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Contribute to the future development of the overall service and support the delivery of the Practice business plan.
  • Deliver high-quality integrated urgent care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening, and risk assessment.
  • Due to the nature of the position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure, and two references.
Location and Hours

Location: Hastings Hub

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
