Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in a primary care setting
• Carry out routine Practice Nurse duties such as :
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web

Desirable experience

• Additional chronic disease management qualifications
• Cervical screening certification
• Baby immunisations
• General Injections
• Travel Vaccinations
• Basic wound care

Essential Requirements
