The Partnersof Tunstall Primary Care are seeking an exceptional individual to take on therole of Practice Manager. If you have a proven track record in leadership,possess sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, qualitycontrols, and HR, then we want to hear from you.
As thePractice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operationalmanagement of the practice. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance,HR, finance, premises management, health and safety, and IT. Rest assured, youwill have the support of a strong management team including an Operations Manager, Secretarial Team and a CQC focused assistant.
This is afull-time and permanent position with a negotiable salary for a 37-hour week,to be determined during the recruitment process based on your experience andperformance. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutorybank holidays, and access to the NHS pension.

We have a CQC rating of Good with our most recent inspection having been held in June 2021.
To manage and coordinate all aspects of organisationfunctionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency andfinancial performance, ensuring the organisation achieves its long-termstrategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
Through innovative ways ofworking, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuousimprovement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learningand development and ensure the organisation complies with CQC regulations.
