We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Managerto join our fantastic, modern Carillon Dental Care based in Loughborough!

This is a 7 surgery, mixed NHS and private practice offeringgeneral dentistry and hygiene as well as implants, sedation, ClearCorrect, complex endo and cosmetic services with top of range equipment including a CBCT scanner and Trios Intraoral scannerand youwill be managing a team of 18.

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable but not essential.

The main duties will include

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region / cross region and celebrate success within the practice
