Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive PR & Talent Assistant to join our London-based team in a permanent role. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-moving department at the heart of schuh's brand and culture. We want someone who brings energy, initiative, and ideas, and knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing
Paid Talent
  • Coordinate smooth and consistent execution of paid influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, negotiating contracts, delivering content, invoicing and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and Content teams
  • Scout relevant talent and influencers to build and manage curated talent lists
  • Liaise with agents and reps to negotiate fees and deliverables
Seeding & Gifting
  • Facilitate always-on product loans and seeding for media, creators, talent and industry contacts
Community & Events
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with talent and industry contacts
  • Host talent and influencers at events and in-store
  • Monitor social, cultural, and media trends to spot content opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of press, influencer and community events
  • Attend store activations and events, capture content, and support social storytelling
  • Collaborate with wider HQ teams on talent and community initiatives
PR Office Support
  • Assist with meeting prep, campaign and events planning, and launch coordination
  • Compile and deliver campaign wrap-ups and monthly reports
What we’re looking for
  • 12 months of experience in a fashion PR, talent, or influencer-related role
  • Exceptionally organised and deadline-driven (you love a to-do list)
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and always looking for solutions
  • Up to speed with fashion, culture, social media, and influencer trends
  • Digitally savvy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ is a plus but not essential
  • Flexible and collaborative team player
  • Passionate about culture, fashion, music and sports
  • Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Existing talent/influencer contacts are a bonus
