Job summary

A leading music company is seeking a Junior eCommerce Store Manager to manage daily operations for artist eCommerce stores. You will work closely with frontline labels, ensuring optimal product set-up and customer experiences on Shopify. Ideal candidates should have a passion for eCommerce, experience with stock management systems, and strong problem-solving skills. This role involves project management, reporting, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Passion for and understanding of eCommerce, with a keen eye for great customer experience.
  • Experience working with stock management and/or order management systems.
  • Desirable experience with Shopify and its CMS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a portfolio of artist stores.
  • Project manage day-to-day activities using Monday.com.
  • Resolve supply chain issues with Customer Service.
  • Own product set-up process for artist stores on Shopify.
  • Utilize the Shopify stack to enhance customer experiences.
  • Deliver performance reports with the store management team.

Junior eCommerce Store Manager – Universal Music

This junior eCommerce Store Manager will work with Universal’s frontline labels to launch multiple artist eComm stores and support the store management team with product set‑up and ecommerce best practice.

Responsibilities
  • Daily store management of a portfolio of artist stores, managing basic theming and UX, merchandising and category management in line with eComm best practice.
  • Project manage day‑to‑day activities and future projects on Monday.com, collaborating with the wider central team and frontline labels.
  • Resolve issues on supply chain with e‑Commerce Ops and Customer Service, ensuring products stay in stock and measuring the customer feedback loop to maintain customer happiness and loyalty.
  • Own and communicate the product set‑up flow – from receiving the label’s brief of products to launches across multiple artist stores on Shopify.
  • Utilise the Shopify stack to create amazing customer journeys and experiences for the label’s artist stores.
  • Deliver sales, stock, and store performance reporting with the store management team.
Skills & Experience
  • Passion for and understanding of eCommerce, with a keen eye for great customer experience on stores.
  • Ability to execute tasks accurately in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced agile environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Understanding of site performance metrics and SEO best practices.
  • CMS experience, preferably within eCommerce.
  • Desirable Shopify experience and ability to work with store CMS and themes.
  • Experience working with stock management and/or order management systems.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle or music ecommerce (basic).
  • Adobe Photoshop skills.
