  • Leading PR initiatives that showcase the company's brand story, technology innovations, partnerships and product announcements
  • Creating targeted PR and communications campaigns for both direct customers (packaging companies) and their customers (brands and consumers)
  • Driving thought leadership opportunities across trade and consumer media
  • Building strong relationships with journalists, industry influencers and key stakeholders to secure high-quality coverage
  • Producing press releases, media kits and supporting materials for launches, partnerships and company milestones
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound media enquiries
Corporate & Public Affairs
  • Supporting the development and delivery of corporate affairs and public affairs strategy
  • Creating and managing communications initiatives that build credibility with investors, employees and stakeholders
  • Developing engaging internal communications that inform, inspire and motivate employees
Measurement & Management
  • Creating and executing evaluation frameworks for owned channels
  • Tracking performance against KPIs and providing clear reporting
  • Managing and reporting on channel budgets
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Head of Marketing & Communications and wider business as needed
You'll ideally bring:
  • Strong experience across PR & communications, spanning both B2B and B2C
  • Proven ability to demonstrate how PR and comms drive commercial value, ideally within a licensing or ingredient-led business
  • Experience delivering partner PR campaigns across a diverse customer base (from SMEs to global brands)
  • A solid track record of pitching to and building relationships with trade and consumer journalists
  • Experience creating campaigns for ingredient brands or within packaging / adjacent industries
  • A background in persuasive, impact-led communications that build awareness and drive demand
  • Exposure to corporate and public affairs (direct or indirect experience welcome)
  • Up to £55,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, with flexibility)
  • A genuinely influential role within a purpose-driven, innovative business
  • Opportunity to shape and own PR & Communications strategy
  • Exclusive opportunity not available elsewhere
