We are looking for an experienced PR and Brand Communications Manager to support how Malmaison and Hotel du Vin show up in the media and across owned and earned brand channels.
This role focuses on day‑to‑day PR delivery, brand storytelling and reputation management across both brands. You will work closely with external PR agencies, internal stakeholders and hotel teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality brand communications that reflect each brand’s personality and commercial priorities.
This is a hands‑on role, suited to someone who is confident managing press activity, handling media enquiries and supporting brand moments with strong judgement and attention to detail. While the role does not have line management responsibility, it plays an important role within the wider Marketing & Digital team and works cross‑functionally with Social, Brand, Commercial and Operations teams.
