- Take ownership of the overarching Google AdWords MCC account and manage all regional accounts within it, allocating budgets, creating campaigns, allocating assets and ensuring optimal exposure to drive traffic to the Karndean websites.
- Act as the 'go to' person for all things relating to paid advertising and advise regional teams accordingly to maximise their expenditure and ROI.
- Provide customer and industry analysis, and strategic insight, to drive continued growth for online paid search channels.
- Display strong attention to detail when creating high quality online advertisements, implementing best practice and testing using industry tools and techniques.
- Liaise with regional teams to advise and assist on optimising paid advertising.
- Analysing website performance across multiple platforms and communicating the performance, impact and strategy to the regional teams.
- Drive traffic and conversions with A/B tested strategies to continually improve CPC, CPA & ROI.
- Proactively stay up to date with changes in Google practices and related topics, sharing knowledge with team members and management where relevant.
- Test new landing pages to support PPC performance.
- Forecast new budgets and performance to support regional budget decisions.
- Create monthly reports which analyse website, PPC and SEO performance.
- Suggest new PPC strategies, platforms & tests based upon monthly data, performance or business needs.
- Demonstrate consistent growth in metrics against measurable KPIs.
SEO
- Develop content strategies that build authority and drive organic growth.
- Advise and implement SEO best practices across the Karndean web estate to ensure its high organic ranking and relevancy.
- Develop content strategies that build authority and drive organic growth.
- Liaise with regional teams to advise and assist on implementing best practice for SEO to help increase ROI.
- As part of the Global Digital Services team assist team members with the internal support and development of all Karndean websites as it relates to SEO and publishing workflow.
Other
- Be conversant in the use and implementation of Google Tag Manager.
- Be digitally savvy to use our internal systems.
- Manage your workload independently and collaboratively through our project management system; Wrike.
- Assist the Digital Services Manager with web development projects.
- Occasional out of hours calls are required due to time zone differences between UK, USA and Australia.
