Job Opportunity: Digital Advertising Specialist

Join a fast-growing, multi-award-winning organisation to shape its digital advertising strategy. Based in Kirkby Lonsdale, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of online marketing campaigns, including Google/Bing Ads and broader PPC and SEM strategies. This is a global role, requiring campaign design tailored to local cultures. You will collaborate with translation agencies for copy development and be directly responsible for campaign execution.

We seek an experienced PPC professional with substantial budget management experience. You will have sole responsibility for the department, with the autonomy to manage campaigns aligned with corporate objectives. The role suits a commercially savvy individual focused on optimizing campaigns to drive ROI and staying updated on PPC and SEM trends to keep the company sector-leading.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Setting up and managing global Search Engine Ad/AdWords campaigns
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling ad copy
  3. Monitoring campaign performance, testing approaches to improve ROI
  4. Researching cultural norms in global markets and adapting strategies accordingly
  5. Coordinating with third-party agencies for translation services
  6. Reporting results to the board, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Experience managing large PPC budgets
  2. Proven track record of increasing sales through advertising
  3. Demonstrated ROI growth via analytics, adaptation, and innovation
  4. Knowledge of how SEO complements PPC
  5. Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus
