The Role

We’re looking for a PPC Manager with strong hands‑on experience to guide paid media activity across a variety of clients. You’ll play a key role in planning and optimising campaigns, sharing ideas, and helping shape how we grow together.

You’ll join a close, collaborative team where everyone’s perspective is valued and development is supported as the agency continues to expand.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Plan and deliver paid search strategies that drive measurable outcomes
  • Support with budget management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Work closely with SEO, Paid Social, and Creative teams to deliver joined‑up strategies
  • Keep up to date with new tools, platforms, and advertising trends
  • Contribute ideas for client growth and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years’ experience in PPC, ideally within an agency setting
  • Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
  • Experience improving performance across different sectors
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • A curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning and sharing ideas
