A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Estimator / Tendering Engineer to support a client in the energy sector near Stockport. Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role for degree holders.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role for HND/HNC holders.
  • Familiarity with reciprocating engines and energy operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals to support sales.
  • Evaluate project viability from technical and practical perspectives.
  • Manage communication with clients to prepare estimates.

Skills

Technical management of energy projects
Power generation expertise
Competency in Microsoft Office
Experience using CRM systems
Understanding of cost models
Full driving license

Education

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
HND/HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
