Power BI Developer (12-Month Fixed Term)

Salary: £49,000 – £53,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid (Leicester-based schools & remote)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Lionheart Educational Trust is seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI Developer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in developing our data strategy and in designing, developing and maintaining real-time dashboards and reports that support data-informed decision making across our schools.

What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the trust to understand and advise on how data can be used effectively to inform strategic planning and operations.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports spanning the full remit of the trust to enable efficient and timely use of data. This will include educational data, e.g. outcomes, attendance and behaviour as well as operational data such as Finance and HR.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Support the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI best practices.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
