A leading postal service provider in Tamworth is seeking a Delivery Postie to join their team. This role involves delivering mail and packages in the local community, with flexible hours including weekends. Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence and excellent customer service skills. The position offers a guaranteed hourly rate and various employee benefits, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about community service.
Delivery Postie with Driving — Job reference: 325440. Location: Tamworth Delivery Office, B77 2BP (Based in TAMWORTH Office). Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days across Monday–Sunday, between 8:00am and 2:00pm for 10 of the vacancies; 30 hours per week, 5 days across Monday–Sunday, between 2:00pm and 8:00pm for 5 of the vacancies.
Due to operational demand, you will be required to work weekends, with five in six Sundays on a rota basis. Majority of work at Tamworth; you may be asked to cover Birmingham Central and Sutton Coldfield. Flexibility required to cover high volumes / annual leave.
