Job description
Overview

Imperial College London, London, United Kingdom

The Beeby lab at Imperial College London are looking for an enthusiastic postdoc to join us to work on understanding the mechanisms and evolution of bacterial flagellar motors.

The project entails high-resolution in situ structure determination of flagellar motors using both single particle analysis and electron cryotomography, building on our recent subnanometre-resolution in situ structure. While in situ experience would be appreciated, a strong publication record in high-resolution electron cryo-microscopy structure determination is most important.

The position is funded by the Medical Research Council for three years. Full job description and details on how to apply are available here, with the closing date for applications Sept 30th.
