A leading provider of complex care in Manchester is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to support individuals with complex needs. You will conduct assessments, develop support plans, and work in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has substantial experience in related roles. Active Care Group is thrilled to offer this exciting opportunity for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our expanding PBS team, supporting services in our North region.
The PBS Practitioner will be a key member of our national team, collaborating closely with the operations team to develop and implement ethical, least-restrictive behaviour support strategies for individuals exhibiting behaviours that challenge with the aim of improving their overall well-being and quality of life.

Our standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and the post-holder will be required to work remotely with frequent travel to ACG sites located in our North region.
