We’re seeking a Policy Research and Partnerships Manager to help us design and use robust research and insight to inform strategy and drive improvement across the borough. This is your opportunity to turn data and insight into action influencing decisions at the highest level and ensuring our policies reflect the lived experiences of our residents.
As part of our Corporate Strategy team you’ll provide expert policy and research advice to the Mayor, Cabinet, Chief Executive and senior leadership. You’ll lead the council’s research programme, monitor external policy developments and help design strategies that deliver better services and outcomes for residents.
You’ll also build and strengthen partnerships across sectors, including with anchor organisations, the voluntary and community sector, and local universities to tackle borough‑wide challenges and attract investment.
