Qualifications

• Understanding of Point of Care devices across all Pathology disciplines.
• Experience managing a team and handling HR issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a team of Associate Practitioners.
• Implement and ensure compliance with Point of Care Policy.
• Provide training and problem-solving for Point of Care devices.
• Act as a link between users and the Pathology Department.
• Participate in Trust wide evaluation and development of initiatives.
• Line management for the Point of Care team.
