Band 6 Podiatrist – Full Time – Oxford NHS Trust
Location:Oxford
Hours:Monday to Friday, Full Time
Rate:£27 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for aBand 6 Podiatristto join the NHS in Oxford on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide high-quality podiatry services within a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialist podiatry care to patients with ‘at risk’ foot health status, including those with compromised circulation, neurological deficits, and reduced tissue viability.
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with painful gait anomalies through biomechanical evaluation and the prescription/manufacture of appropriate orthoses.
Provide treatment for patients with onychogryphosis, including the use of local anaesthetics and minor surgical procedures.
Manage a defined caseload of patients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to the ongoing development of the podiatry service.Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
Proven experience in a similar Band 6 role within the NHS or equivalent.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Experience in managing complex foot health conditions and performing minor surgical procedures.
