Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar operations or finance role within a professional services organisation.
• Strong understanding of business systems, with Unit4 experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team check-ins to review priorities and address blockers.
• Oversee management of shared inbox and ensure timely task progression.
• Conduct regular catchups with the Resourcing team.
• Review invoicing and WIP for accuracy.
• Support twice-weekly Resourcing check-in calls.
• Monitor project allocations and resolve any staffing issues.
• Lead and coordinate month-end activities.
• Act as a central escalation point for operational issues.
