Job summary

A leading energy consulting firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support governance and change control across major infrastructure projects. The role requires strong knowledge of change control processes and the ability to liaise effectively with project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction and project management software. This is a fixed-term contract role, offering daily compensation of GBP 450 - GBP 500.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure or large-scale construction programmes.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to work effectively across complex organisations.
• Understanding of standard forms of contract and change workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate the Change Management process.
• Act as the central point of contact for change management.
• Coordinate baseline changes across cost, schedule, and risk.
• Support governance routines and reporting cycles.
• Advise Project Managers and Change Owners on change control processes.

Skills

Experience in project, programme, controls, or commercial management

Strong knowledge of change control

Understanding of WBS and CBS

Strong facilitation skills

Experience on major infrastructure programmes

Practical knowledge of project controls tools

Membership of a relevant professional institution
