As a PMO Analyst, you’ll support two transformative initiatives for a world-leading organisation in the insurance sector. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and strategic leaders, gaining visibility and experience at the highest level. This is a critical role where independence, professionalism, and adaptability are key.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of PMO experience with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage project cadence: scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining timelines.
  • Skilled in preparing meeting packs, SteerCo materials, and documenting decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site twice per week in London.
  • Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
  • Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject.
