PMO Analyst - Cardiff (Hybrid)

Clearance Required: SC eligible (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)

Salary: Up to 40,000 + Benefits

CPS Group is partnering with a leading IT consultancy in Cardiff looking to expand their PMO team. Whether you're building on early PMO experience or stepping into a new challenge with confidence, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex digital and business transformation projects.

As a PMO Analyst, you'll support the delivery of large-scale programmes by providing key services across reporting, financials, governance, planning, and resource management. You'll work closely with Programme Managers, PMO Leads, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of technology-enabled change.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor budgets, track costs, and manage project reporting

Support planning activities using Clarity and Open Workbench

Maintain RAID logs and oversee risk/issue processes

Manage change control and ensure governance compliance

Support onboarding/offboarding, resource tracking, and documentation standards

Ideal Experience

Experience in a PMO role within IT, consultancy, or digital transformation

Good understanding of project and programme lifecycles

MS Project is desirable

Highly organised with strong communication skills

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under direction

Keen to pursue or already working toward a PMO qualification (e.g. P3O)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Must be eligible for SC clearance
