Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS software.
• Strong supervisory & motivational skills.
• Understanding of stock rotation, cycle counting, minimizing losses.
• Knowledge of logistics, distribution, & procurement processes.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations.
• Ability to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Hold relevant EH&S experience/qualifications.
• Excellent planning, time management, & multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage warehouse operations for efficiency.
• Manage activities to comply with EH&S standards.
• Supervise, train and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Implement safety standards ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve performance.
• Manage warehouse layout for optimal space use.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
