A leading educational institution in St. Austell is seeking a Plumbing Study Programme Manager to deliver City and Guilds Diplomas in Plumbing Studies. The successful candidate will design and assess learning materials, manage online platforms, and support students in achieving their qualifications. Based at our St. Austell campus, we are looking for an experienced individual to deliver the City and Guilds Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in Plumbing Studies to 16-18 year olds and to adult learners.
The role involves design, development and delivery of learning material, use of online learning platforms, and assessment of practical tasks in our workshop. You will set targets, monitor and track individual progress and ensure learners complete in a timely fashion while enjoying an excellent learning experience.

Applicants must have a minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating, a verifiable record of varied industry experience, and a desire to pass on experience to the next generation.
Candidates should also hold, or be willing to work towards, an assessor’s qualification, and study towards an initial teaching qualification if not already held.
This role is full-time: 37 hours per week.
