At NCC, we believe in innovation and excellence. • Support learners from induction through to achievement, providing feedback, tutorials, and individual learning plans.
  • Develop curriculum in line with national requirements, community needs, and employer expectations.
  • Work closely with employers and awarding bodies to ensure high-quality training and compliance.
  • Contribute to course design, reviews, and quality assurance processes.
  • Promote the College's values of equality, diversity, safeguarding, and student success.
Qualifications
  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. DTTLS, PGCE).
  • Assessor Award (A1) - V1 desirable.
  • Plumbing qualifications and industry experience.
  • Experience developing schemes of work and assessment plans.
  • Strong teamwork, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
  • Experience embedding e‑learning into delivery (desirable).
