Job summary

A leading service provider in building maintenance in Cardiff is seeking a Plumber. The successful candidate will perform essential plumbing works within social housing, ensuring systems are operational and compliant with safety standards. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and demonstrate good communication skills. This role offers a salary of up to £31,500 per year and is full-time permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plumbing within a social housing or residential setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Full UK driving license (if required for the role).

Responsibilities

• Conduct plumbing inspections and diagnostics in properties to identify and rectify faults or issues.
• Repair or replace defective plumbing systems, including pipes, taps, toilets, sinks, radiators, and water heaters.
• Install new plumbing fixtures and systems where required.
