Salary £37,445 per annum

Working across our properties in High Wycombe, Watford, Borehamwood, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City & Hemel Hempstead.

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

What you’ll do
  • Travel between customer homes, tackling plumbing jobs with a right-first-time mindset
  • Receive and manage your daily work schedule through a handheld device and use it to keep in touch with your team
  • Complete repairs and installations on hot and cold water, heating, drainage and sanitary-ware
  • Pick up tasks from other trades (multiskilled), maybe a bit of painting or minor joinery, whatever it takes to get the job done and our customer smiling

You have
  • Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing
  • Solid fault-finding skills and hands-on experience in domestic plumbing
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on bits of other trades to get the job over the line
  • Confidence using technology to manage your workload and stay connected
  • A full current driving licence.
The practical bits
  • Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm
  • You will take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues and receive an additional generous on call payment.
  • You’ll need a basic DBS and Health check which we pay for
