• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable B5 Plumber to join our team at St Bernards. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical work activities
• Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and heating systems
• Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on hot and cold water plant, equipment, and services
• Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests
• Complete minor new installation works
• Carry out weekly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) dockets
• Escort contractors during inspections and installation works
• Maintain accurate tool lists and records
• Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety, Security Regulations, and relevant policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Services
• Specialisation in a mechanical service (e.g. Gas, Refrigeration, or Heat Pumps)
• Water Safety Training
• Full UK driving licence (must be a driver)
