Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : £21.00 - £24.00 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber seeking long-term, stable employment within the property services sector.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance, including leak detection, pipework repairs, and installation of bath panels, taps, and other plumbing components.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently while working in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Using a handheld electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and accurately record completed or outstanding works.
• Providing excellent customer service and acting as a professional representative of the housing provider.
• Managing van stock levels and ordering materials in line with group specifications.
• Maintaining accurate job records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Participating in the out-of-hours (OOH) standby rota when required.
