The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join our team you will be carrying out maintenance across the estate which includes TfL overground stations and cable ways.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems within the organisation's facilities.
• Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing installations and associated systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address building service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Order and manage stock levels of plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies to minimise disruption to operations.
• Provide advice and guidance on plumbing systems

• Relevant plumbing qualifications
• Experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the property industry.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
