Mobile Plumber (Commercial Maintenance) – Berkshire & Hampshire – £45,000

Location: Slough, Reading, Basingstoke, Maidenhead
Salary: £40k-£45k (plus van and fuel)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (1/12 call-out)

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a leading building maintenance provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Berkshire and Hampshire.

This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple commercial properties, working independently while delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings.
• Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the region.
• Fault-finding, repairs, and replacement of plumbing systems including pipework, valves, sanitary ware, and hot & cold water systems.
• Work on commercial plant such as booster sets, calorifiers, pumps, and basic drainage systems (where applicable).
• Complete maintenance documentation and ensure accurate site records are maintained.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Liaise professionally with clients, site contacts, and management teams.

About You

• Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Proven experience within a mobile or commercial plumbing maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
