A leading property services company in Greater London is seeking a skilled Plasterer for a permanent, full-time role focused on delivering high-quality repairs services. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in plastering and have strong customer service skills. Permanent – Full Time
We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our team, to cover East London.
As a Plasterer (Multi Skilled) you’ll be the friendly face of Morgan Sindall Property Services and carry out the operational duties of an all‑round multi‑skilled Plasterer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services ensuring high quality workmanship and high standards of performance. You’ll be dealing with customers face‑to‑face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You’ll need to be self‑sufficient and able to work independently.
Ideally, you’ll be highly skilled with appropriate qualifications or working toward these, such as City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 in Plastering. You will be a self‑motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision. You’ll have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and hold a Blue CSCS Card or be working towards it.
Social Housing experience is required, along with the ability to use a handheld MOBOLE/PDA.
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
