Job description

As a Plant Administrator you will be responsible for the Area Plant book and all necessary tasks required to successfully manage all on‑site plant.

Main Responsibilities for Plant book administration
  • Reconciling the plant book to E1 weekly
  • Updating forecast off hire dates
  • Updating on hire/ off hire dates
  • Summarising spends per asset for commercial review
  • Liaising with the Assistant Accountant for AE with accruals and invoice queries
  • Other ad hoc requests from the Plant Manager

  • Experience in dealing with various stakeholders within the business
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience of managing large data sets
  • Familiarity with Enterprise One (Oracle)

About The Project

The role will work on the HS2 project. HS2 is the UK’s new high speed rail network. It will be a catalyst for economic growth across Britain, freeing up space on the existing railways and connecting 8 out of the UK’s 10 biggest cities with fast, reliable and frequent high speed services.

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin‑bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
