Planning Officer We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Planning Officer is responsible for scheduling visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry / company standards, customer service level agreements / expectations and KPI's.

What you'll be doing
  • Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises.
  • Allocate / plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits.
  • Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the Master Planning Schedule.
  • Reschedule and document cancelled appointments
  • Co-rodinate with operatives, inspectros and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
What you'll need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with complex and frustrating situations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competent user of Excel.
  • Computer literacy for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
