As a Planning Manager you will oversee the planning processes within the supply chain operations. This position requires a proactive individual to ensure efficient and effective planning to meet business objectives.

Description

As the Planning Manager you will,

  • Observe and review current planning processes, with a view to developing and implementing planning strategies to optimise supply chain operations
  • Working closely with Sales, you will coordinate procurement and inventory management to meet customer demands
  • Through effective reporting, monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align planning objectives with business goals
  • Contribute as part of the senior leadership team, supporting business objectives
  • Lead and mentor the planning team to build engagement and achieve objectives
  • Resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays efficiently

The successful Planning Manager should have:

  • Track record of managing a Far East, long lead time, supply chain
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimise planning processes
