Job summary

A global healthcare provider located in Dartford is seeking a Planning Manager for a 9-month contract. In this role, you'll oversee the site planning and inventory processes ensuring efficient delivery of customer orders. Ideal candidates will have a background in planning within a pharmaceutical environment, knowledge of cGMP procedures, and strong skills in communication and stakeholder management. This position is critical for enhancing scheduling and inventory management on-site.

• In depth knowledge of cGMP procedures.

• Proven experience with continuous improvements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Planning Manager to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 9 months. This role is based at the client site in Dartford.

Salary:

£25.63 per hour PAYE

Planning Manager Role:

• Own and manage the site planning process to ensure consistent delivery of customer orders
• Own and manage the site inventory processes to maintain appropriate stock levels, and manage short dated, expired, aging and slow-moving inventory
• Ensure KPIs are in place to track effectiveness of the planning processes.
• Seek opportunities to drive improvement in site scheduling processes, with a goal to improve efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.
• Run the site Planning, Scheduling and Order Fulfilment process (OFM) at the required site cadence
• Line Management of the customer services team

Your Background:

• A proven track record in managing planning processes in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing organisation
