V7 are working closely with a highly respected and fast‑growing Water consultancy, who are looking for a Planning and Development Coordinator to join the Team on a permanent basis.

On offer is a salary of up to £30,000 plus unique company benefits.

Key Duties
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners using a “one team” approach to deliver against defined measures and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a customer‑centric approach in all interactions, actively listening to stakeholder needs and providing timely, tailored support.
  • Conduct Capacity Checks – assess to ensure developer and stakeholder needs are addressed.
  • Provide Odour Consultations – address developer concerns and collaborate with delivery partners to ensure timely outcomes, and contribute to best practice development in odour assessment and mitigation.
  • Engage with Planning Liaison & Growth Identification – proactively work with planning authorities and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support planning consultations and appeals.
  • Handle Pre‑Planning Enquiries – respond with accurate information and guidance, streamlining processes and enhancing service efficiency.
  • Answer Building Regulations Queries – handle enquiries promptly and consistently, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure compliance and high service standards.
  • Review Build‑Over & Declaration of Works requests – provide guidance to developers and ensure efficient processing in line with regulations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
