A leading educational institution in Sheffield is seeking a Planning and Business Improvement Analyst to lead the development of a new digital Service Hub. This role combines digital expertise and process analysis to enhance how services are accessed and managed, aiming to improve the overall staff and student experience. This is a fixed term temporary role until 31st July 2026.
This is a specialist role within the Planning, Research & Systems Improvement Team with a core focus on developing and leading the College's new Service Hub a digital platform providing a single point of access for professional services requests, workflows and support.
The post holder will design and deliver practical, user-friendly systems and processes that improve how services are accessed and managed across the College. By combining digital expertise, process analysis, and a customer service mindset, the role will make it easier for staff to get the help they need, when they need it while generating insights that drive operational improvement and enhance the student and staff experience.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £39,962- £46,663 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
