Overview

Planning Administrator: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planning Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role supports our clients planning department by ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, documentation, and communication across projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project schedules and planning systems
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the planning team
  • Prepare and distribute reports, minutes, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and flag potential delays or issues
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry
What the client is looking for
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with planning or project management software is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Details
  • 6 month temporary contract
  • £13-£14 per hour
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week
