Overview

A litigation risk team is seeking a Placement Broker to bring technical strength and execution capability as it continues to scale. The team specialises broking a variety of litigation risk products including ATE and capital protection but not exclusive to. With strong distribution channels across lawyers, accountants, and corporates, as well as unique facilities with litigation funders, the practice has built a platform for scalable growth and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will manage the structuring and placement of complex litigation risk solutions into the underwriting markets and craft tailored arrangements.

About you

• You will likely be a qualified lawyer with a dispute background, a funder or broker/underwriter with exposure to litigation risk, bringing a strong technical understanding of disputes and litigation processes. Commercially minded and confident engaging senior stakeholders, you will also be ambitious, team-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to help build something significant.
