An innovative healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Place-Based PACC in Luton. This role involves delivering clinician-to-clinician training to integrate physical activity into clinical care, collaborating with health partners, and building a supportive community of practice to improve patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will have relevant clinical qualifications and a strong understanding of physical activity in healthcare.
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced healthcare professional to join the Active Partnership team as a Place-Based PACC with a primary focus on Luton. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver an innovative, place-based approach to clinician-to-clinician training, helping embed physical activity into clinical care and support healthier, more active lives across communities in Luton. You'll work closely with the national PACC team, Be Active and local and regional health partners to deliver impactful training that supports healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes through physical activity with a particular focus on oncology and mental health teams.
This post will involve flexible home and community-based working, with travel across Bedfordshire and occasional national meetings.
